Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between the Service administration (the "Administration") and an individual (the "User") using the mobile application and website (the "Service").
By using the Service, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1. The Administration provides the User with access to the Service for managing work shifts, checklists, and related information.
1.2. Access to the Service is provided on an "as is" basis. The Administration reserves the right to modify the Service's functionality without prior notice.
2. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
2.1. The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and over. By registering, the User confirms that they are at least 18 years old.
2.2. To use the Service, registration with a valid email address is required.
2.3. The User is responsible for maintaining the security of their account access credentials.
2.4. The User agrees to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.
3. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
3.1. The User has the right to:
- use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose;
- contact support regarding the Service's operation;
- delete their account at any time.
3.2. The User agrees to:
- comply with these Terms;
- not use the Service for unlawful purposes;
- not take actions that disrupt the normal operation of the Service;
- not grant access to their account to third parties.
4. ADMINISTRATION RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
4.1. The Administration reserves the right to:
- modify, supplement, or discontinue the Service without prior notice;
- suspend or delete a User's account for violation of the Terms;
- send service notifications to the User.
4.2. The Administration agrees to:
- maintain the Service's operability within reasonable limits;
- process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1. All elements of the Service, including design, source code, text, graphics, and trademarks, are the intellectual property of the Administration.
5.2. Use of the Service's elements without the written consent of the Administration is prohibited.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
6.2. The Administration is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
6.3. The Administration is not liable for the content of data posted by the User.
7. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
7.1. The Administration reserves the right to modify these Terms unilaterally.
7.2. The updated Terms take effect upon publication within the Service.
7.3. Continued use of the Service after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. GOVERNING LAW
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
8.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and failing agreement, in court at the location of the Administration.
