Personal Data Processing Consent

I, the User of the Joobby mobile application and website (hereinafter — the Service), hereby give my consent to the processing of my personal data under the following terms.

1. DATA CONTROLLER

1.1. The data controller is the Service administration (hereinafter — the Controller).

2. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

2.1. Data provided by the User:

• email address;
• first name, last name, patronymic;
• contact phone number;
• profile data (position, workplace, and other information provided by the User);
• photographs and media files uploaded by the User.

2.2. Data collected automatically:

• IP address;
• device type and version, operating system and browser;
• date and time of access to the Service;
• User actions within the Service;
• geolocation data (when permitted by the User);
• push notification identifiers.

2.3. Part of the data about me may be entered by the organization that employs me: first name, last name, patronymic, email address, contact phone number, position, workplace, assignment to locations. The processing of such data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

3.1. Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• identification and authentication of the User;
• providing access to Service features;
• sending service notifications;
• ensuring security and preventing fraud.

4. PROCESSING METHODS

4.1. Personal data is processed using automated means and includes: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.

5. CONSENT VALIDITY

5.1. This consent is effective from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn by the User or until the account is deleted.

5.2. The User may withdraw this consent by submitting a request through account settings or support.

5.3. Withdrawal of consent results in account deletion and removal of personal data within 30 days, except for data required to be retained by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. LEGAL BASIS

6.1. Personal data is processed based on the data subject's consent in accordance with paragraph 1, part 1, article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.

7. OTHER PEOPLE'S DATA ENTERED BY THE USER

7.1. When inviting an employee to an organization and while maintaining that employee's record, the User enters that person's data into the Service: first name, last name, patronymic, email address, contact phone number, position, and assignment to locations.

7.2. In entering such data, the User acts on behalf of the organization and confirms that the organization has legal grounds for processing it and has notified the employee.

7.3. The organization is responsible for the accuracy of other people's data and for the lawfulness of its transfer.
