This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") defines the procedures for processing and protecting the personal data of Users of the mobile application and website (the "Service").

Personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.

1. DATA WE COLLECT

1.1. Data provided by the User:

• email address;
• first name, last name, patronymic;
• profile data entered by the User (position, workplace, and other information);
• photographs and media files uploaded by the User.

1.2. Data collected automatically:

• IP address;
• device type and version, operating system, and browser;
• date and time of access to the Service;
• User actions within the Service;
• geolocation data (when permitted by the User);
• push notification identifiers;
• cookies and similar technologies (in the web version).

2. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

2.1. Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• identification and authentication of the User;
• providing access to the Service's features;
• sending service notifications;
• improving the quality of the Service;
• ensuring security and preventing fraud;

3. LEGAL BASIS

• the legitimate interests of the Administration in ensuring the Service's operation;

4.1. The Administration does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:

• with the User's consent;
• as required by applicable law;
• as necessary for providing services (hosting, analytics), subject to ensuring data protection.

4.2. When data is transferred to third parties, its protection is ensured in accordance with legal requirements.

4.3. The web version of the Service may load individual fonts from public CDNs (including Google Fonts, fonts.gstatic.com). Such requests reveal the User's IP address to the respective provider; data handling is governed by that provider's privacy policy. The mobile versions do not make such requests.

5. DATA STORAGE AND PROTECTION

5.1. Personal data is stored on the territory of the Russian Federation.

5.2. The retention period for data is determined by the achievement of processing purposes, but does not exceed the period established by law.

5.3. Organizational and technical measures are applied to protect data, including encryption, access control, and monitoring.

5.4. Upon account deletion, personal data is deleted within 30 days, except for data required to be retained by law.

6. USER RIGHTS

6.1. The User has the right to:

• obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
• request correction, blocking, or deletion of data;
• withdraw consent to data processing;
• file a complaint with Roskomnadzor (the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media).

6.2. To exercise their rights, the User may use the account settings or contact support.

7. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

7.1. The web version of the Service uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure functionality, analytics, and personalization.

7.2. The Service may use third-party analytics tools to analyze the use of the Service. Data collected by such tools is processed in accordance with their own privacy policies.

7.3. The User may manage cookie settings through browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of the web version of the Service.

8. PROCESSING OF MINORS' DATA

8.1. The Service is not intended for persons under 18 years of age.

8.2. The Administration does not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. CHANGES TO THE POLICY

9.1. The Administration reserves the right to modify this Policy.

9.2. The updated Policy takes effect upon publication within the Service.

9.3. Continued use of the Service constitutes agreement with the updated Policy.
